How do I place an order?
Buying Online is the easiest way! Just create a Fundraiser Account and you'll be able to place orders on our web site using the fundraising pricing for Brochure and Direct Fundraising. You can also give us a call (251) 283-2730.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $12 per case of coffee for UPS Ground shipping. Additional shipping may apply during peak shipping times and outside the continental United States.
When will receive our order?
Our coffee is roasted to order so we will typically ship your order within 5 business days.
How much profit can we make selling Cheerful Bean?
Our suggested fundraising price is $20 per 12oz bag, but you can set your own pricing. You are selling support for your organization, not just coffee. People are willing to pay more for a good product that also supports a good cause!
What is the shelf life?
Our coffee is fresh roasted and heat sealed. Each bag has a "best by" date for tracking freshness. We recommend selling the coffee within 3 months, but coffee retains it flavor up to 6 months.
Who can fundraise using Cheerful Bean?
Our primary customers are non-profit groups, such as Scouts, Schools, Churches, and Sports Clubs. Anyone who needs to raise money can resell Cheerful Bean coffee.
Will you send us a 1099 for taxes?
Our friends at the Internal Revenue Service require us to send out a 1099-MISC form if we collect more than $600 for an organization. This only applies to digital fundraising where we collect money on behalf of the organization. The fundraising organization is responsible for the appropriate reporting for Direct and Brochure fundraising.
